Fencing in the falling rocks.

As they fenced in the rock wall, it could not stop that wonder of the frozen waterfall.
I love this frozen waterfall wall, in the summer it is always wet, and trees and other plants are green,
with the rockwall as a background.
Art work at its best. Mother nature can be so artistic.
Then the woods, and home I go, to bed you think?? well sometimes.

The darkness was lifted.

Still a wonderful look at life in the early morning.
The reflections on the frozen ice patches in the snow, the pink and orange of the sky.
Almost in the city, that dark cloud over head, was gone and then you needed the sun glasses or
you could hardly see, it was a sunny day, cold but sunny.

As the sun came up in the morning

With the weather being so cold, there was a frost all around, looks great in pictures.
The sun was coming out a little more, giving it a picture perfect look.
Now the frost could be seen, and the sun climbing up a little higher, with a pink hue.
Now the sun making it look like a fire in the distants.

Another storm day, the day after

These pic's are from the back yard, we got quit a bit again.

Had to push the back door to open it up, wow this has been a stormy winter.
Some of that snow came off the shed, thank goodness, it was making the kitchen very dark, there is
a window looking into the shed.

1st of Feb/08 and a Snow Day

Well it was very slippery and windy , making it hard for the drive home, but of course,
it's Friday!!!!!!!!!
We had the street salted and cleanned on one side anyway, City workers live on
the street, lucky us. Front view.
The back looks so white and wonderlandish, it's getting a crust on the white stuff.

It's like raining and changing so fast, this is suppose to stop by tonight, and it's only
minus -13, by Wednesday reaching plus 11, the world sure is getting strange,
Like floods, wind storms, flash freezing, snow storms, then extreme heat, fires, I hope
this world is still fixable, more over Mother Nature.
My wonderful neighbor shoveled my walk way and steps, Twice, next up my turn.
Thanks Cindy.
