Card I made for my Dear Brother

Used card stock, painted some brown paper for the top part, on the bottom of the card used birch bark, cut the deer
from an old card, sprinkled some glitter glue on the bark, came out very nice, he loved it.

The day of the snow storm

This first pic is from Saturday 15 Dec. 07

The snow topped my door, took three tries to get the door open. Started to shovel at 2pm. This was Sunday 16 Dec 07

My from lawn, people were out there shovelling the nice white stuff, YA RIGHT!!!!!

I just couldn't put the snow any higher, thank God thats over, my back is killing me. It's still snowing.

Well all done and so am I.

This is how high the snow is after shoveling, and I am tuckered out.

It was starting to drizzle out so the snow was getting pretty heavy.

The last white car in the picture was all covered, next we see a women, this women talking on her cell walking in slingback high heels to the car, slipping and sliding, no mits, not even a winter coat, cleaning her windshield with a magazine, we were like wow look at her, then she tried to more her car, frontwords, instead of going back, got stuck, and Cindy and I were really too tired to help, thank God, her son I guess went over there and got the car out, he too had not gloves, cleaning the car with his hands, oh thats burr. I was out there from 8:00am to 9:30, sooooooooooooooo, tired, sleepy, and very sore.

I had to change my coat because it had started to drizzle, also put a better pair of gloves on. I was once again nice and warm, not that it was that cold out. It has stopped with the drizzle now, but just got a call from Dianne, telling me there was more of all this later today. OMG. The test was that it looked so pretty, and it does now. Going for a rest.. So hope every one has a great day.

Well it's 2:30 in the morning, here in Winter Wonderland.

It started snowing about 12:30 am, and looking out at it now, of course it looks pretty, mind you, but you know we must venture out in this tomorrow. There is about 2 and a half inches there now. Heard the snow plows running out there, not much traffic, guess we knew what we were in for. Usually the weather men are never on the mark, but yes, today they were right, go figure. I will take pic's after I do some shoveling, I'll need too, to get out the door, oh burrrrrrr, sounds like fun, right.I couldn't wait, so I opened up the back door, now looking at the blue bench, thats how deep the snow is so far, it's 3 am, I will download them just so we can agree how pretty it is.
